Quorum Acquires Manchester’s 2 Mount Street

Quorum is excited to announce this new addition to their portfolio. 2 Mount Street was the last part of the vendor’s Albert Estate portfolio to be sold off, and comprises a Grade II* listed building of 18,000 sq ft with two ground floor leisure tenants and 5 vacant upper floors of offices.

The building sits at the heart of Manchester’s civic quarter, directly across from the rear corner of the Town Hall Extension, close to Central Library and just off the now pedestrianised Albert Square.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Quorum, with Edwards retained as letting agents for the offices.
