Overview

Former transport repair depot and workshops on Broadheath Industrial Estate in Altrincham, on a site of 3 acres. Quorum carried out full demolition and site clearance prior to in advance of obtaining planning consent for two new build HQ industrial buildings, which were repositioned with new entrances off George Richards Way. Some land assembly with Trafford MBC was required to enable access, in advance of developing the buildings in partnership with Greater Manchester Pension Fund. Both buildings were developed to a very high specification, achieving both EPC A rating and BREEAM “Very Good”.
