Overview

An 8 acre site adjoining Adlington Business Park which was identified in the Local Plan to come forward, following construction of the new Poynton Relief Road. Quorum worked in conjunction with the landowners and Cheshire East, to agree infrastructure, servicing and access principles, to enable the site to be brought forward for development immediately after the completion of the relief road.
