As a property manager and developer we recognise there are opportuinities to reduce the impact of our assets on the environment. In addition to maintaining high standards of our own, we also seek to motivate our tenants or end users to reduce their own sustainability impacts in relation to utility consumption, transportation and waste management. Our properties benefit from Energy Performance Certificates and we are continually improving our premises in line with the recommendations.
We will further develop our sustainable practices to monitor and improve utilities efficiency, resource management and waste management in order to minimise environmental impact and enhance relations with occupiers, suppliers and communities.
Our new build developments are assessed in accordance with BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) to ensure that best environmental practice is incorporated into the completed buildings. We have now successfully achieved high BREEAM ratings on a number of completed developments.
