John Slater, Chairman
The founder and Chairman of Quorum. John was in private practice as a Chartered Surveyor before establishing Quorum. He has considerable contacts and experience in the North West property market which has enabled him to grow the portfolio to its current level of £70m.

Paul Wardle, Director
Originally from a corporate banking background with Barclays in London, Paul joined Quorum in 2003. With 15 years commercial property experience Paul is helping to further Quorum business through land acquisition, development & investment and joint ventures.

Mark Rodgers, Director
Since joining Quorum in 2000, from Knight Frank in Manchester where he was head of Office Agency, Mark has helped to significantly increase the development and investment business of Quorum..

Paul Cook, Development Surveyor
A Chartered Surveyor with over ten years experience. Paul joined Quorum in 2007 from King Sturge in Manchester where he was an Associate in the Agency department. Paul is responsible for new lettings and seeking development or investment opportunities.
