EASTLANDS HOMES CHOOSE QUORUM’S QUATTRO PARK FOR NEW HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

Quorum Investments Ltd, in conjunction with landowner Manchester City Council, has secured their first pre-sale at Quattro Park in East Manchester. Eastlands Homes, a local Housing Association based in East Manchester, is to take a bespoke new build facility on the Park, with completion of the building due in Spring 2010. Detailed planning consent has now been granted, and contractor Pochins Construction have started on site.
Eastlands has acquired a 20,000sq ft unit for office and depot usage. The facility will include approximately 10,000 sq ft of office space in addition to the maintenance and stores depot.
