Quorum Complete sale to Peakway Group at Quest Park

Quorum have completed the sale of Units 1&2 at Quest Park to Peakway Construction Group.Peakway Construction Group will bring all of its companies, currently operating from numerous sites in Manchester, Bolton, Burnley, Liverpool and Blackpool under one roof.

On the disposal, Paul Cook from Quorum Estates commented: "We\'re pleased to welcome Peakway to Quest Park and trust they will prove not only a significant new occupier at Quest, but also in the Rochdale borough. With a workforce in excess of 250 people, this will also hopefully provide a boost for the local economy, something which cannot be underestimated in the current climate. We have now sold around 50% of the warehouse space at Quest Park and hope to conclude other deals shortly."
