Paperback take new lease on Deeside warehouse

Paperback Collection and Recycling have taken a new 9 year lease on a 56,000 sq ft warehouse on Zone 2 Deeside Industrial Estate which is owned by Quorum Estates Ltd.

The building benefits from a 3 acre secure yard to the rear of the building which Paperback intend to use for future expansion.
