The letting of 14,000 sq ft to Travis Perkins comes 10 weeks before completion of the first phase of the development. The letting serves to emphasise the strength of this location as one of the few genuine Trade Counter sites close to Manchester City Centre. A further 30,000 sq ft will be available within Phase 1, with Phase 2 to follow upon receipt of planning consent.
