Quorum sell Newcastle Under Lyme Warehouse

Quorum Estates have sold a warehouse unit on Rosevale Business Park in Newcastle Under Lyme to Bennett Architectural Solutions.

The modern facility is situated on Rosevale Road and totals approximately 23,793 sq ft. The building benefits from good quality office accommodation and excellent access to the A34 and A500, leading to Junction 16 of the M6.

Bennett Architectural have purchased the freehold interest in the building and will be re-locating from nearby premises in Tunstall.
